A Merchandiserat Bell Nursery is the face of our company for our retail partners. This role is responsible for the visual merchandising, unloading, and stocking shipments of live goods as well as customer relations. Merchandisers report to leadership including the store, area, district, and market managers. They also work with our receiving partners. Measures of success: Comply with Bell Nursery policies and procedures Execute Bell merchandising standards Merchandise product per Plan-o-gram Set ads as needed in stores Unload product deliveries manually or with assistance Maintain accurate inventory Advocate for watering standards to sustain live goods Communicate with leadership regarding execution daily Technology requirements: Must have functioning smartphone Be able to download and use payroll and inventory applications Communicate via text, email, phone (may be eligible for reimbursement) Ideal candidate attributes: Understand how to provide basic customer service Able to work in a safe manner and in a constant state of alertness Enjoy working outdoors Possess strong problem-solving skills
