5 PM (Mountain Time) Type: Full-Time | Remote Industry: Corporate Housing / Property Management We're looking for two highly motivated Appointment Setters to join a growing property management company that specializes in offering better leasing solutions to underperforming rental properties across the U.S. As part of our sales development team, your main responsibility will be cold calling property owners and managers from curated lead lists (40,000+ contacts) to introduce our service and book qualified appointments. All calls follow a proven script with a successful track record. The sales team will take over after the appointment is set
your focus is on opening doors. What You'll Do
Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners/managers using provided call lists Follow a clear script and objection handling FAQ to guide conversations Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team Track outreach activities in our CRM (Close) Collaborate closely with the team for feedback and continuous improvement
