HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT The Sales Coordinator role is a high-trajectory feeder position designed for individuals eager to break into a fast-paced, grind-heavy sales career. Based in our Minnesota Center of Excellence, this role provides critical support to the sales team through daily execution of core responsibilitiesincluding running and analyzing reports, preparing customer presentations, reviewing POS data, and serving as a customer-facing partner. This position is built for the ultimate hustler: someone who refuses to settle, thrives under pressure, and shows up every day committed to leveling up. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with relentless drive, sharp analytical instincts, and the ability to turn insights into action. This is not a role for anyone comfortable with the status quo. It's for someone hungry to learn, ready to outwork the competition, and determined to grow into a top-performing sales professional. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will provide the best support to our Sales team by reporting any issues or concerns on work orders Assist in identifying work process improvements that result in increased productivity and effectiveness Data entry of all information on SAP system Provide administrative assistance and support to the Sales team Manage the daily flow of administrative duties in a fast-paced environment Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; determine course of action and develop appropriate solutions. Handle sales operation tasks including quotations, samples, order processing and replenishment Follow up on customer orders to ensure proper execution WHAT YOU'LL BRING 3+ years sales support experience Previous Retail industry experience is beneficial but not essential Extremely proficient in MS Office including Excel & PPT Highly efficient and able to meet deadlines Detail-oriented, structured, good team player, willing to learn and like to meet new people You will be excited to contribute to our office culture!
