Location: Fully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM Role Overview: The Senior Sales Representative will prospect and convert wellness brands into paying clients by pitching advertising, content, and marketing solutions. This role requires a confident closer who thrives in high-energy Zoom calls, understands CRM workflows, and brings a persuasive, organized approach to outbound sales. Key Responsibilities: Sales, Prospecting & Closing: Conduct 100200 daily outbound contacts (cold-call and DM) across Instagram, LinkedIn, email, and other channels. Run persuasive Zoom presentations with camera on and screen sharing. Pitch advertising and marketing offerings, including: Peer-reviewed print magazine placements SEO-enhanced expert write-ups Homepage banners and newsletter sponsorships Event coverage, contributor spotlights, and affiliate campaigns Tailor proposals to brand goals and focus on closing deals rather than booking calls. CRM & Workflow Execution: Manage daily activity within GoHighLevel CRM, tagging, updating pipelines, and automation sequences. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain clean, optimized pipelines aligned with outreach strategy. Automation & AI Tools (Bonus): Support campaign automations using tools like Phantombuster, Zapier, or Make. Qualifications: Experience: 13 years in B2B, media, or advertising sales. Proven record of closing deals and driving revenue growth. Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (workflows, tagging, pipeline management). Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills; fluent spoken and written English. Confident running camera-on Zoom calls and screen-share demos. Familiarity with cold outreach via Instagram, LinkedIn, and email. Organized, self-directed, and performance-driven. (Preferred) Understanding of funnel metrics (CAC, ROAS, show rate) and basic automation tools (Zapier, Make, Phantombuster). Maintains an optimized CRM pipeline with accurate, real-time data. Achieves ?70% show rate on booked Zoom calls. Launches at least one vertical campaign by Day 45.
