Technical Sales Engineer
GA Rogers + Associates is partnering with a manufacturing company in hiring a talented Technical Sales Engineer for their Pennsauken, NJ office. This role will be the go-to technical expert, helping to showcase their advanced precision grinding and machining solutions. Key Role Highlights:
Technical SME: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for precision grinding, tooling, and machining processes, matching complex manufacturing needs with our machine solutions.
Revenue Driver: Directly responsible for driving order intake and achieving aggressive sales targets.
Consulting & Project Leadership: Lead custom machine configuration, quoting, and critical customer feasibility/sampling studies.
Collaborative Environment: Work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Regional Sales to ensure seamless project delivery.
What We Require: 3+ years in technical sales (machine tools/capital equipment experience strongly preferred).
Mandatory hands-on experience with machining, tooling, or precision grinding.
Strong project management, communication, and customer relationship skills.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally for customer meetings and trade shows.
(Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering and experience with Salesforce CRM)
