We are looking for a high-impact Instaclustr Sales Specialist to drive growth through direct customer engagement, partner collaboration, and close alignment with NetApps hybrid teams./ppAs a Strategic Product Group Rep, you will own and drive sales engagements with enterprise and mid-market customers, working closely with NetApp account teams and partners to accelerate the adoption of Instaclustrs open-source solutions. Sales Execution/pulliDrive new business and expansion opportunities for Instaclustrs fully managed database and solutions./liliManage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to closing, with a focus on open-source database adoption and data infrastructure modernization./liliEducate customers on the benefits of open-source technologies, managed services, and migration strategies to drive pipeline growth./liliWork closely with NetApps account teams to co-sell Instaclustr solutions into NetApps existing customer base./li/ulpPartner

Ecosystem Collaboration/pulliDevelop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with NetApp channel partners, VARs, and cloud providers to accelerate customer adoption./liliEnable partners on Instaclustrs value proposition and help them position open-source database and streaming solutions in their customer engagements./liliBuild strong relationships with key decision-makers within NetApp, partners, and customers to expand market reach./li/ulpCross-Functional Collaboration with NetApp/pulliAlign with NetApps field sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated sales motions./liliProvide feedback to NetApps leadership and Instaclustrs product teams on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning./liliParticipate in joint sales planning, pipeline reviews, and customer strategy discussions with NetApps regional teams./li/ulh3Requirements

Education/h3ulli8+ years of field sales, enterprise sales, or solutions selling experience in cloud, data infrastructure, or open-source technologies/liliProven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships./liliExperience working with technology partners, VARs, and channel ecosystems to drive co-selling motions./liliStrong understanding of open-source databases (PostgreSQL, Apache Cassandra, Apache Kafka, and OpenSearch and other relevant database technologies) and the challenges enterprises face with data-layer modernization./liliExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences./liliSelf-motivated, highly collaborative, and comfortable working across a global matrixed organization./li/ulh3Compensation/h3pThe target salary range for this position is 275,400 - 356,400 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidates location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on On Target Earnings (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSUs).
