We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Operations Support Representative to join our sales team. The Sales Support Representative will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our sales efforts by providing operational support to our sales team and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time remote position with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 7 AM to 4 PM (Indonesia time). Responsibilities include: Responding to customer inquiries via email, ensuring timely and exceptional customer service. Handling incoming customer calls, addressing questions and assisting with enrollments when needed. Preparing sales materials and documentation for new course launches. Conducting sales conversations with customers to support the sales team during high-volume periods. Providing administrative and operational support to the sales team. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Tech, and Operations) to ensure smooth sales processes. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM systems and relevant databases. Identifying and proposing process optimization solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
