Meet or exceed daily and monthly goals for calls, scheduled appointments, and sales Manage incoming phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, accessories, financing options, and promotions Call all unsold prospects Answer all overflow fast ring calls Schedule appointments and monitoring customer satisfaction Work with Internet Manager to follow up with leads Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive and respectful attitude Exercise exemplary verbal and non-verbal communication skills and protect the dealership's interest when communicating with customers. Requirements
Customer service experience preferred Excellent and professional communication skills are a must Proactive self-starter Confident, positive, and high energy presence Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8a-5p Positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance Must be reliable Complete background check and drug screen Must have Valid State Driver's License and Social Security Card Employee Perks
