Responsibilities include: Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently Process cash and credit card transactions with precision Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking Handle and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. Adhere to food safety practices and maintain high standards of cleanliness Qualifications include: Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Basic math skills for handling cash transactions Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team player mentality with a positive attitude Computer literacy for processing orders and handling transactions Excellent multitasking abilities Knowledge of food safety practices Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
