A fantastic suite of benefits that include health, dental, vision, & life insurance, 401k, and more Career growth - this position will lead to more and more opportunities within the company Continued education offered Key responsibilities will include: Provide helpful and professional service and insurance needs to account managers and clients Process binder requests, endorsements, policies, etc. Verify critical information for file documentation: premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, forms, etc. Give excellent customer service via phone and email Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs Qualifications needed to thrive: Active P&C license 2-3 years of experience with large commercial accounts at a retail brokerage Knowledge of AMS360 and ImageRight is a plus! In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures Compensation / Pay Rate (Up To): $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 Per Year
