Inside Sales Account Manager
The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for the sale of the organization's products and services within an assigned customer base. This role focuses on developing and increasing sales revenue to meet targets, closing sales, generating quotes, and consulting on technical support. Responsibilities
Utilize SAP for quoting, customer notes, customer profile information, and price lists. Collaborate with Marketing to maintain CRM with real-time call reports and follow-up activities. Work with Regional Sales to prospect a defined territory and provide consistent contact with existing customers. Develop product and technical industry knowledge to effectively support customer needs and business growth. Act as a technical resource to clients, assisting with negotiations and closing sales. Participate in education and training programs. Support customer needs, develop a customer turnkey strategy, and foster a professional team-first approach. Essential Skills

Background in sales or business development. Technical experience in a related field (engineering, environmental). Bachelor's or associate's degree. 3-5 years industrial manufacturing sales or technical experience. Proficient computer skills in SAP and Microsoft Office. Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle. Experience in industries such as Cement, Metals, Chemical Processing, Mining, and Power Utility. Experience with products like Filter Bags, Cages, Cartridges, and Pleated Elements. Work Environment
This is a full-time, exempt position based on-site at the Hebron, KY location, with a planned move to a new facility in Greendale, Indiana in December 2026. The role involves minimal travel beyond training purposes, with opportunities for advancement into a more external sales position if desired. The position requires comfort with heights, as it may involve being up 10 ft to 200 ft at client sites to observe product servicing. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hebron, KY. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
