A top commercial roofing contractor is looking for a Service Sales that can help their growing service division. This position offers a base salary, tremendous room for growth, autonomy, and the opportunity to earn massive commissions. Service Sales Qualifications 3+ years in supervisory position within commercial roofing Strong management and leadership skills Knowledge of commercial roofing products, standards and industry in general Strong 360-degree communication with customers, management, peers, and direct reports Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Service Sales Responsibilities Communicate with customers, technician and management Responsible for safety audits and production schedule Quotes and tenders for maintenance, repairs, and mechanical upgrades Oversee customer invoices and accounts receivable Work Orders and Bid sheets weekly to establish workload and fluctuations Track finances of work and provide progress reports Service Sales Compensation Base salary depending on experience Aggressive bonus/commissions plan Retirement plan, company equipment Apply today to be our new Service Sales leader!
