D1 Training Fox Valley is seeking a high energy, enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team! D1 is an athletic-based group training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up with a mission of providing the best fitness philosophy and facility to its athletes. D1 Coaches are the catalysts for our fulfillment of that promise. D1 Coaches implement and instill the D1 training philosophy into every workout. They exhibit the ability to adapt and customize programs in the workouts, in order to tailor them to each athlete. They take a personal stake in the lives of our athletes, maintaining regular contact and monitoring their individual progress toward their goals. D1 Coaches are a part of the best training environment in the industry and are integral to the success of D1 as it continues its rapid growth. Job Summary:
The Sales Associate will be responsible for lead generation and management, recruitment & sales. Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Managing lead generation & follow-up Membership, personal training, small group and team training sales Cold-calling, networking, relationship building, and business generation Development of local business partnerships Front desk assistance Required Qualifications and Experience:
1 year of cold-calling sales experience 1 year of face-to-face fitness sales experience A high-energy, motivating, enthusiastic, and positive attitude Strong moral character Drive to constantly learn and improve Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer relations skills Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others Ability to overcome objections and build relationships Opportunities:
