Sales Ambassador
Join us at Sesame Place Philadelphia and help bring joy, excitement, and lasting memories to people from around the world. We're seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and hard-working individuals to become our Ambassadors. Come and play an important part on our incredible team today! What You Get To Do: Enthusiastically greet and interact with all guests Answer questions and resolve guest issues Assist guests with accurate product information Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests Focus on up-selling and increasing sales while meeting guests' needs Operate cash register, and accurately process cash and credit transactions Minimize losses due to damage or theft Perform stock duties and maintain merchandise counters and displays Keep all assigned areas clean Practice safe work habits including the use of ladders and proper lifting techniques What It Takes To Succeed: At least 15 years old A passion for customer service Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills Outstanding communication abilities Ability to accurately handle cash, and learn and use the point of sale system Active listener with the ability to anticipate guests' needs Ability to promote and ensure a safe and secure environment Flexibility to perform varied duties The Perks Of The Position: Ambassadors will enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment, and great teammates, as well as: FREE park admission Discounts on park admission tickets and passes for family and friends Park discounts on food, merchandise, etc. Scholarship opportunities Exclusive employee events and giveaways EEO Employer: SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
