They are enthusiastic about fitness and excited about serving others and help to deliver an exceptional member experience at gym level. Responsibilities include:/pulliGreeting all members
guests with a focus on member engagement and retention./liliDriving brand awareness, lead generation and membership sales prior to the opening, promoting
selling retail, personal training
tanning product after opening./liliPromoting membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, small group training and childcare in person and through social media in various ways./liliAbility to consistently hit lead generation and sales performance KPIs as an individual and collectively as a team./liliChecking in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures, to include resolving any member check-in with an alert./liliAnswering inbound phone calls
making outbound calls in a courteous, helpful, professional manner./liliMaintaining a professional and courteous disposition while promoting the Crunch brand to local businesses and in the community./liliBeing an expert in all club facility, services, programs and schedules/hours of operation./liliCreating community excitement for fitness and well being./liliPerforming opening and closing checklist and shift duties as assigned./li/ulpRequirements include:/pulliMinimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred./liliAbility to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills./liliStrong customer service orientation./liliCPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)./liliReliable transportation./li/ulpPhysical requirements include:/pulliMust be able to lift or move up to 50lb./liliPhysical effort required for daily duties include prolonged standing and walking./li/ulpCompensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour./ppCrunch Fitness is looking for energetic, enthusiastic people that are passionate about health and fitness to join our team.
