This is not just another sales job; its an opportunity to drive real results, grow personally and professionally, and help clubs that change lives./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliProactively generate leads via calls, in-person visits, emails, and networking/liliExecute local and corporate marketing efforts for assigned locations (approx 5-8 clubs)/liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with Perks Partners and ensure ongoing engagement/liliRepresent Crunch at chamber events, health fairs, and corporate wellness days/liliTrain internal club staff on the Corporate Wellness Program and ensure proper execution/liliAccurately track and submit daily/weekly lead and sales activity in VFP/liliEnsure 5-pack corporate deals are processed and followed up on with excellence/liliMaintain a professional club-level presence by ensuring marketing materials are stocked and events are staffed/liliConsistently source new outreach opportunities to expand reach/liliOwn your numbers; meet and exceed sales goals with full accountability/li/ulpWhat Were Looking For:/pulliPrior B2B, D2D, or field sales experience required/liliProven success in a goal-driven and fast-paced sales environment/liliStrong communication, organization, and time management skills/liliA competitive, outgoing personality with a relentless desire to win/liliAbility to quickly adapt and solve problems on the fly/liliHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and work ethic/li/ulpCompensation
