Brand Execution Manager

The Brand Execution Manager will be responsible for driving new distribution, merchandising and sampling product in select accounts within a territory. This client-facing role will work closely with the local distributor and supplier to ensure alignment on strategy and execution, and will be responsible for selling new distributions for products, additional price features for on-premise retailers, and displays. The majority of the BEM's responsibility and work will be performed out in the field at retail locations working with distributors and retailers. Incentive potential: opportunities for incentives will be attached to KPI and their deliveries. Incentive payment will be based on client request either on a monthly/quarterly basis. We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as the market expert for a specific client or clients Build and maintain relationships in on-premise and off-premise accounts with owners and managers Drive Sales Growth - Selling new distributions of product, price features and displays Create Consumer Engagement Execute product sampling events and promote band awareness at targeted retail locations and events. Support Merchadising efforts in stores to support new distribution Align with Distribution Partners - Communicate daily with distributor partners to ensure alignment on targeted accounts and ensuring Provide market intelligence on local activities Achieve and/or exceed monthly KPIs Supervisory Responsibilities

Direct Reports- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports Indirect Reports- May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports Travel and/or Driving Requirements - Travel and Driving are not essential duties or functions of this job Minimum Qualifications

The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job Education Level: (Required): Associate's Degree or equivalent experience Field of Study/Area of Experience: Business2-4 Years of experience in building and nurturing brands; private brand management a plus Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Self starter, entrepreneurial mind-set, proactive approach to problem-solving, go-getter attitudeStrong sales acumen, preferably with prior experience in liquor or consumer goods sales.Relationship-building expertise with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent time and organizational management skillsProfiecient in MS Office and general computer skills Environmental & Physical Requirements

Field / Reps RequirementsIncumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed in a retail in-store environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift and/or push up to 74 pounds, stand on feet for long periods of time, use products or cook food as appropriate for the demonstration, and may be required to work in extremely cold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections). Also required to travel and drive. The use of proper safety practices when handling the products and/or cooking is essential. Important Information
