At Boston Scientific, we advance science for life by delivering transformational therapies that improve patient outcomes. As a territory manager in our Rhythm Solutions division, you will be responsible for driving sales of the Watchman Left Atrial Appendage Closure (LAAC) device, a groundbreaking alternative to long-term anticoagulation therapy for patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation. In this dynamic field-based role, you will identify and grow new business opportunities, foster long-term customer relationships, and support procedural success through hands-on clinical expertise. You'll work closely with electrophysiologists, interventional cardiologists, and hospital stakeholders to expand access to Watchman and make a measurable impact on patients' lives. Drive sales performance by executing territory sales strategies and meeting or exceeding revenue and unit growth targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Build strong relationships through frequent customer visits, therapy awareness activities, and engagement with physicians and referral networks Develop account strategies by analyzing customer needs, competitive positioning, and market trends in collaboration with your regional sales manager Support implant procedures clinically to understand physician preferences and ensure positive patient outcomes Lead product education efforts, including in-services, product demos, and tailored presentations to hospital staff and clinicians Develop pricing proposals in partnership with internal stakeholders that align with customer needs and company policy Respond to customer feedback by identifying and implementing feasible, value-based solutions Expand access within hospital systems by identifying decision-makers and building new contacts across departments Demonstrate strong clinical and technical aptitude with deep understanding of Watchman device usage and procedural dynamics Required Qualifications:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field Minimum of 6 years of sales experience, ideally in medical devices calling on cardiology, cath/EP labs, or hospital-based environments Proven success in territory development, sales growth, and customer relationship management Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree or MBA Experience in structural heart, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, or related industry Prior experience supporting implantation procedures in cardiovascular or medical device settings Technical aptitude and the ability to communicate complex product information clearly Flexibility to work varied hours and complete a rigorous training program
