You are proactive, resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced environment./ppOur sales team has a proven track record of promoting from within; by demonstrating ownership, alignment with our core values, exceeding sales targets you can move into an Account Executive role within 12 months./ppProspect and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach./ppDevelop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet or exceed sales targets./ppCollaborate with the SEO and Marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies./ppConduct research to identify potential customers and understand their business needs and challenges./ppLead demo calls with prospects to assess their fit and interest in our product./ppMaintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM and provide regular updates to the sales team./ppStrong communication and interpersonal skills./ppProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets./ppAbility to work independently and manage time effectively./ppResilience and persistence in following up with leads and handling objections./ppA team player mentality with a positive attitude and willingness to learn./ppExperience with telecom, communication, or messaging platforms./ppExposure to early-stage startups or high-growth companies, with a passion for driving results in these environments./ppCompetitive compensation and equity packages./ppHealth, dental, and vision insurance./ppFlexible vacation time (Unlimited PTO)./pp401k with 4% match./ppLunch 3x per week in office./ppThe pay range for this role: The base salary for this position is $60,000 (expected OTE between $80,000 - $90,000)/ppOur salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits and other perks. We also include stock options in this compensation package and believe all employees should have the opportunity to become owners in the company.
