Alys Shoppe is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. They will represent Alys Beach at all times by owning the customer experience and providing a superior level of service to homeowners, guests, and visitors. Job Responsibilities

Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the guest's shopping experience through offering a seat, water, or suggesting additional merchandise to complete the wardrobe. Acknowledge guests upon arrival, by name whenever possible. Engage guest throughout transaction- inquire about their stay and follow up with any requests, questions, or concerns. Accurately and efficiently facilitates guest purchase and return transactions. Performs all functions relative to the handling of merchandise or cash in accordance with policy Efficiently process shipment upon arrival with an effort to push out new merchandise. Communicate any discrepancies in reference to inventory in a timely manner Assist with full store retail inventory on designated dates (ex. monthly, quarterly, annually) Exude high energy and enthusiasm while maintaining a positive, respectful, and professional work environment. Communicate professionally and timely with team in reference to all store matters Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED Ability to perform basic math functions Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays 2 years Retail Experience preferred Love for fashion and a professional, fashion-forward image Essential Job Function
