divh2Security Sales Account Executive/h2pNETGEAR is seeking a highly driven and strategic Security Sales Account Executive to accelerate the growth of our cybersecurity portfolio, including SASE, Next-Generation Firewalls, Zero-Trust Network Access, Secure Web Gateways, VPNs, and SD-WAN solutions./ppAs a senior leader in our security sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional and national sales strategies targeting Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Small-to-Medium Businesses (SMBs). This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role with broad cross-functional influence, reporting directly into executive leadership./ppThis position is remote and requires occasional travel to customer sites, channel partners, events, and team meetings./ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3ulliDrive new business and expansion revenue by selling NETGEARs security solutions to MSPs and SMBs./liliBuild, manage, and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities across key accounts and verticals./liliOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale engagement in coordination with customer success and support teams./liliWork closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales Engineering teams to shape value propositions and customer-centric messaging./liliCreate and execute strategic account and territory plans to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets./liliCultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers, IT executives, and security stakeholders./liliEngage with channel partners to drive co-selling opportunities, enablement, and demand generation activities./liliRepresent NETGEAR at industry events, partner summits, and customer briefings./liliMaintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and evolving customer needs in the cybersecurity space./liliProvide actionable market and customer feedback to product and leadership teams to guide roadmap and go-to-market strategy./liliLead and mentor regional sales team members, aligning efforts with broader business goals and KPIs./li/ulh3Required Qualifications:/h3ulliBachelors degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field./lili10+ years of successful B2B sales experience in network security, cloud security, or cybersecurity domains./liliProven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas in selling to MSPs and/or SMBs./liliDeep understanding of:/liulliSASE (Secure Access Service Edge)/liliNext-Generation Firewalls (NGFWs)/liliZero-Trust Network Access (ZTNA)/liliSecure Web Gateways (SWG)/liliVPNs and SD-WAN/li/ulliStrong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence CIOs, CISOs, and IT directors./liliAbility to navigate complex sales cycles and build consensus across multiple stakeholders./liliExperience working with channel partners and value-added resellers (VARs) in a joint GTM model./liliExcellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills./liliStrong organizational and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) proficiency./li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications (optional):/h3ulliMBA or advanced business training./liliExperience launching new security products in high-growth or startup environments./liliFamiliarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2) relevant to SMBs and MSPs./liliBackground in working with distributed or hybrid workforces, and remote-first security use cases./liliProfessional certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant are a plus./li/ulh3Company Statement/Values:/h3pAt NETGEAR, we are on a mission to unleash the full potential of connectivity with intelligent solutions that delight and protect.
