Inbound Sales Consultant
Base Pay+ Uncapped Incentive (Hybrid - Warwick, R.I.) Start Date if unlicensed: 01/27/2026 - Apply by 01/05/2026 Start Date with active PandC or Personal Lines: 02/24/26 - Apply by 02/02/2026 Hybrid - Three days in the office and two days work from home Hours and shifts: Training Hours: Pre-licensing only (4 weeks if unlicensed) Hybrid 9am-5:30pm (subject to change) Technical Training and POD (8 weeks) Hybrid 9am-5:30pm (subject to change) Post-training - Shifts will be assigned Monday-Friday 8am-6pm EST; rotating Saturday 8am-5:30pm (typically every 3-4 Saturdays) Compensation: Base salary + UNCAPPED incentive earning potential! Guaranteed minimum annual base pay of $43,000-$50,830, a competitive benefits package PLUS an uncapped performance-based incentive, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings on average up to an additional $27,300 on top of the guaranteed base pay annually. Many of our top performers who consistently meet and exceed their goals earn up to an additional $75,000 on top of their annual base pay. Experience: Sales experience is preferred but not required. Interactive customer-facing experience is required, including retail, restaurant, hospitality, or call center roles. Must have the motivation to sell and earn incentive. Open to recent college graduates, early career talent, career changers, as well as sales experience and PandC industry experience.
