This role will use a consultative sales process to uncover and close new business opportunities to meet their financial goal./ppThis position will require effective virtual territory management and business planning capabilities to execute our strategies to maximize sales performance within the assigned geography. While all sales calls are done over the phone, WebEx, or video chat, this is an account executive level sales role and requires a driven self-starter attitude and the ability to work autonomously./ppstrongWhat Youll Do:/strong/pulliImprove and expand Univar Solutions position within assigned accounts using a consultative and in-depth selling within the account/liliEstablish and develop customer relationships by evaluating needs and opportunities within customer accounts./liliProvide customer technical support and consultant services to increase our overall value to the customer/liliMaintain and expand knowledge of products, services, competitive activities, and other general information of interest to customers./liliResponsible for setting pricing and service levels, as well as maintaining and coordinating customer quotations./liliProvide vital information to allow local teams including Purchasing, and Operations to insure accurate inventory levels and overall customer satisfaction./liliUse accepted Univar Solutions Account Management processes and conduct calls via telephone, WebEx, MS Teams to achieve a financial target./liliDevelop and implement business plans to achieve financial goals and objectives./liliDocument all account activity in the CRM system (Salesforce.com)./li/ulpstrongWhat Youll Need:/strong/pulliBachelors degree and 2+ years of sales in B2B environment/liliFood chemical ingredient experience is a plus but not mandatory/liliExperience negotiating and closing large, sophisticated opportunities/liliStrong interpersonal skills (written, verbal, listening, presentation)/liliHunter and self-driven mentality/li/ulpstrongWhere Youll Work:/strong/pulliHome-based opportunity for candidates on the West Coast: AZ, CO, OR, UT, NM, NV, MT./li/ulpstrongPay

Benefits:/strong/ppThe salary range for this role is USD 61,800 - 77250. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be motivated by a variety of factors including the candidates proven experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive pay. Available employee benefits include health, vision, and dental.
