We are a busy Elements Massage studio, with over 900+ massage and facial appointments per month, and we're growing fastnow offering therapeutic skincare services as part of our wellness offerings! Deliver an exceptional experience for every client, every time they walk through our doors. Introduce clients to the Elements Wellness Programa no-hassle membership designed to help them see lasting results. Be the welcoming face of hospitalityon the phone and in-studio. Ensure client paperwork, check-ins, and payments are handled quickly and accurately. Collaborate with Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and Managers to create a seamless and supportive environment. Compensation & Benefits:
Base Pay: $17/hour Commissions: $5$20 per membership sale Bonus opportunities based on studio growth and team milestones Medical & dental insurance (for full-time team members
