Responsibilities Develop and sustain ongoing relationships with customers to build an awareness of their needs Exceed sales goals by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth and cancellation reduction Prepare service contract bids and repair job proposals Develop capital plans, budgets, and schedules for customers to address their short- and long-term building needs Maintain a strong working knowledge of company products and develop knowledge of local elevator code requirements Prospect, develop and maintain relationships with new customers Who We Are Looking For Education and Experience Bachelors Degree required Previous experience in a sales position preferred Must be open to relocation California hourly rate is $31.25 Seattle salary is $65,000 Denver salary is $60,000 Additional Information TK Elevator is an equal opportunity employer and committed to diversity.
