Our award-winning staffing and recruiting firm seeks a motivated Entry Level Account Executive to join our San Antonio team. Successful sales candidate will be responsible for identifying new staffing and recruiting opportunities as well as expanding existing client partnerships. Identify new business opportunities that align within our specialized recruiting divisions Understand customer needs and provide value-added recruitment solutions Create and manage weekly pipeline to support company metrics and milestones Attend industry trade shows and networking events in respective cities Sales Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year sales experience with a preference in a professional service industry Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills Exhibit confidence in making outbound calls to key decision makers Confident in utilizing virtual platforms such as Teams and Zoom Self-motivated and highly organized Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strategic and critical thinking Ability to work in home office, in office, and on the go!
