were a movement. With over 500 locations and a No Judgments philosophy, we aim to create a welcoming, fun, and energetic environment for people at all levels of fitness. Were expanding our reach and want energetic, driven individuals who can help bring the Crunch experience to new audiences. As part of our Street Team, youll be the face, the voice, and the spark that connects our brand with the local community./ppWhat Youll Do/pulliDistribute promotional materials (flyers, posters, coupons, branded merch) in high-traffic areas and partner businesses/liliEngage with people in your community (on the street, at events, on campus, local hotspots) to promote Crunch/liliServe as the face of Crunch
be approachable, friendly, and enthusiastic/liliCollect and qualify leads (e.g. interested walk-ins, contact info) and deliver them to the sales team/liliSupport club events, grand openings, open houses, and local activations/liliManage and maintain promotional inventory (e.g. merchandise, signage)/liliUse social media to amplify promotions, share local event coverage, and generate hype/liliTrack your route performance and provide feedback for optimizing outreach/liliTravel within assigned territory/li/ulpWho You Are / What You Bring/pulliOutgoing, energetic, and tenacious/liliExcellent communicator (face-to-face and digital)/liliSelf-motivated and comfortable working with minimal supervision/liliOrganized and detail-oriented/liliComfortable standing, walking, and carrying promotional materials (can lift up to ~4050 lbs)/liliAble to navigate public transit or have your own transportation/liliSocial media savvy and comfortable posting/share brand content/liliAvailable to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends/liliExperience in sales, marketing, event promotion, or previous street team / brand ambassador roles/liliBilingual, local community connections or presence/li/ulpCompensation
