Our Remote Inside Sales Reps maintain professional contact with prospective customers and develop business through the use of effective closing techniques. They are responsible for turning warm leads into sales. The ideal candidate has some inside merchant account sales experience, is self-directed and self-motivated with a strong understanding of closing techniques and the sales process./ppOur Remote Inside Sales Reps play an essential role in the sales of our payments solutions for various merchants and businesses. Why is this role essential? Our small team are experts in cultivating new business opportunities and can build relationships over the phone./ppWhat youll do:/ppIf you consider yourself self-directed and self-motivated, we can teach you the sales process and effective closing techniques. This role will work with leads, conduct market research, and submit and close deals. From building target lists, conducting cold calls, to utilizing Salesforce - thats you./pulliGenerate new business opportunities through a variety of self-sourcing and self-prospecting techniques/liliProactively engage potential clients through extensive cold-calling efforts to drive pipeline growth/liliUse effective sales closing techniques/liliBuild and manage a robust pipeline of potential partners through self-sourced outreach and relationship development/liliMaintain integrity of the company through full disclosure of merchant agreement rates, fees, and terms/liliMeet and exceed quotas/li/ulpWhat we need from you:/pulli1+ year outbound self-sourcing sales experience/liliExperience selling payment processing or similar FinTech product/service/liliExperience with high volume cold calling/liliBachelor Degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required/li/ulpBase Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 (plus uncapped commission)/ppPay within this range varies by work location and on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
