Assistant Sales Manager
Alpha Foundations, A Groundworks Company, is seeking a talented Assistant Sales Manager to join their team in Pompano Beach, FL. The Assistant Sales Manager will assist the Sales Manager in developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handle customer complaints, and assist with managing CFIs. The Assistant Sales Manager should be able to achieve excellent customer service at all times. Duties and responsibilities High school diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred. Proven experience in sales and/or customer service. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong management and leadership skills. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day. Qualifications Knowledge of terminology, methods and best practices used in the foundation repair industry Tactical planning Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills Ability to lead a diverse work group Ability to multitask Ability to delegate Detail oriented Strong interpersonal skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to lead teams through change Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background, drug screen and driving record reviews. Key Performance Indicators Profit target vs. actual Revenue target vs. actual Customer satisfaction Turnover Retention Working conditions Will work in an office setting but will occasionally be required to travel to work sites or construction branch locations, where the employee will visit with customers and employees to ensure quality of sales. S/he may be exposed to loud noise level as well as fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The position works near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt
