Sales Representative

Sell home warranty and energy-related products and services while following quality standards and procedures Manage inbound and outbound sales calls and clearly communicate product benefits Navigate internal systems and enter customer data accurately Support customers by resolving enrollment issues and maintaining product knowledge Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while participating in coaching and performance improvement initiatives What's needed? Previous sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills Comfort with phone-based sales and customer interactions High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What's in it for me?
