Their priority is to make a genuine human connection with the potential customers with the intent to qualify and vet solar as a viable energy solution for their home and families. If you enjoy face to face interaction, engaging customers and find the idea of working out in the field exciting, then this is the job for you!/ppstrongResponsibilities/The Impact/strong/pulliDevelop effective self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments with potential customers/liliProvide an industry leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation and after the customers system is turned on/liliConduct in-home sales presentations for potential customers and evaluate customers knowledge and needs, building productive long lasting relationships/liliHandle the pipeline of activity from prospect to install by following up with all leads and in-home consultations/liliAccurately disposition and report on outcomes via our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool/liliMeet minimum required sales targets as set by sales leadership/li/ulpstrongQualifications/How You Will Be Successful/strong/pulliMinimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, with in-home sales experience preferred/liliMust be 21 years of age, possess a valid drivers license, and maintain a clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background check/liliExcellent communication and teamwork skills needed to partner cross-functionally when addressing customer needs/liliWillingness to spend time traveling within local market, depending on business needs and sales model/liliWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate homeowners schedules/liliIntermediate comfort level with technology, utilizing an IPAD/computer and multiple software applications.
