This role serves as the primary customer advocate and central point of contact for quote requests, CRM accuracy, and sales enablement activities. The position is essential to accelerating quote responsiveness, improving customer engagement, and supporting order growth across domestic customers. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end quote coordination for price-list-based products, maintain CRM data integrity, and support account managers by providing continuity while they are in the field. This role will be cross-trained to support international scope and will work closely with Sales, Program Management, Contracts, and Operations to ensure accurate and timely execution. Contributions in this role are crucial to meeting AOP objectives and delivering essential equipment to the warfighter./ppEssential Functions:/pulliServe as the primary customer interface for inbound quote requests and sales support inquiries/liliManage quote intake, scoping, configuration, and pricing for TDL price book items/liliEnsure accurate tracking, prioritization, and documentation of requests within CRM/liliMaintain data consistency across recurring, duplicate, and multi-sector quote requests/liliFollow up on open and expired quotes to support opportunity conversion/liliIdentify and support upsell opportunities in coordination with Sales/liliProvide backup customer support for account managers while they are in the field/liliAct as a central point of contact for internal teams supporting TDL customers/liliSupport demo pool coordination, help desk activities, and audit documentation/liliDevelop and maintain working knowledge of TDL products, configurations, and applications/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliBachelors Degree with 0-3 years of related experience; OR in lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years of prior related experience/li/ulpPreferred Additional Skills:/pulliEntry-level to early-career candidate interested in a customer-facing sales career path or a springboard into other exciting career paths/liliEngineering or technical background preferred/liliExperience with CRM systems/liliStrong customer service and communication skills/liliAbility to manage multiple requests with clear prioritization/liliHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy/liliComfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Contracts, PM, and Operations/liliSelf-motivated, organized, and accountable/li/ulpIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California is $76,000 - $141,500.
