As a Leasing Consultant, you'll help connect people with their next home while delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Tour and lease apartment homes to prospective residents Build rapport and communicate the value of our communities Manage leasing paperwork, rent payments, and move-ins/move-outs Handle resident inquiries and service requests with care Maintain strong knowledge of floor plans, amenities, and the local area What We're Looking For: You're outgoing, organized, and motivated to succeed. You work well with people, manage multiple priorities, and bring a positive attitude to every interaction. Qualifications
Requirements: Availability to work one weekend day as part of a five-day work week Personal, reliable transportation that you can bring to work each day, along with a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance High school diploma or equivalent experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Additional Information
