What You'll Do: A Service and Sales Representative be responsible for promoting and selling dishwashing equipment and related products to businesses in the food service, hospitality, and healthcare industries. They would manage customer accounts, provide product recommendations, handle inquiries, and address service issues. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and offering solutions to improve their dishwashing processes. Additionally, they may troubleshoot equipment issues, coordinate maintenance services, and strive to meet sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
