Requirements: Proven sales experience, preferably in the commercial cleaning and/or restoration industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
