Door-to-Door Sales Representative

Smart Home Pros, Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vivint, LLC, seeks 31 full-time temporary door-to-door sales representatives. The position is available from 04/01/2026 to 10/01/2026. The work schedule is 35 hours per week, from 1:00pm to 7:00pm (Monday-Friday) and 11:00am to 4:00pm (Saturday). Hours/work schedule may vary. The pay rate is $19.18 per hour (overtime at $28.77) paid weekly on Friday. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Bonuses, commissions, or raises may be paid to any worker in the specified occupation, at the company's sole discretion, based on individual factors including work performance, sales, skill, and tenure. The door-to-door sales representative is responsible for in-home presentations with potential residential customers to offer NRG products related to smart home and security, including but not limited to cameras, motion sensors, thermostats, and energy services. Build and sell customized packages that are tailored to each customer's needs. Ensure customer expectations and company offerings are aligned in terms of the products and services being provided. Attend in-meeting trainings at the discretion of local leadership. Ensure customer satisfaction by answering phone calls, emails, and text if newly onboarded customers have questions about products installed or services provided. Work in all weather conditions. Frequent walking to prospective customer residences. No education or experience required. On-the-job training provided. All sales representatives must meet minimum sales quotas to maintain employment. Performance is measured in FP+ (qualified sales and add-ons): 4 FP+ by week 3, 6 FP+ by week 5, and at least 2 FP+ each week thereafter. Performance standards may be adjusted based on tenure, effort, professionalism, and behavior. Pre-employment drug testing is required, and employees may also be subject to random, post-accident, or reasonable suspicion testing, consistent with applicable law and NRG's Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace Policy. Positive test results or refusal to test may result in withdrawal of an offer, denial of rehire, or termination of employment. Worksite at: 223 NW 12th St., Oklahoma City, OK 73103. Travel to prospective customer locations in Oklahoma City, OK MSA. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. Commission and/or bonus payments may be available, based on performance and number of accounts sold. Such payments are not guaranteed and are made at the employer's sole discretion. Employer may make voluntary deductions at worker's request. Optional employer subsidized housing available at worker request ranging from $225-450 per week subject to state or local restrictions. Employer will provide to the worker without charge or deposit, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. If the worker completes 50% of the employment contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place, the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68 per day with receipts. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
