We are looking for a dedicated sales professional who will join our team for Measurement Solutions and help us present and sell our solutions to customers in Southern Germany and the Swiss border area. In this position, you will understand the industrial processes of our customers and actively promote the corresponding measurement technology solutions and services. You will ensure that not only the Measurement Solutions business area in your sales region is adequately promoted and supported, but also that the other business areas of Emerson are presented to the customers. The goal is to position the entire product, service, and solution portfolio of the company and to optimally align it with the needs of the customers. This role is a fully remote position and can be located anywhere in Southern Germany. Your Role
Responsibilities for this position include: Responsibility for achieving sales targets, bookings, and gross profits for our product lines in the assigned industrial and sales area. Active support and maintenance of existing customers through regular visits to present the entire product portfolio and our services. Acquisition of new customers and identification of new sales opportunities. Regular reporting to the sales manager about customer requirements, market trends, and competitive activities as well as maintaining our CRM system. Negotiation of business contracts with customers, including discount, price, and volume structures, within the given authority. Care and updating of the customer organization in our database. Effective use of various communication channels (personal meetings, phone, email, virtual meetings) to strengthen customer relationships. Close cooperation with product managers and international teams. Promotion of our company culture "Think Customer" and "Go Boldly" in all activities. Who You Are

5 years of experience in measurement and control technology In-depth knowledge of products (pressure, temperature, level, flow) and applications in the chemical industry as well as in the life science sector. Passion for sales and customer-oriented, results-oriented work. Motivation to achieve long-term results by seeking new opportunities and customers to expand the business.
