Accurate and effective work, supporting the flow of product from the moment of receipt through the point of sale is essential to this role./ppSample of tasks required of role:/ppstrongCASH WRAP:/strong/pulliGreeting the customer with a smile and with eye contact and offering your name/liliInteract genuinely and naturally with the customer/liliRead cues and determine customers needs/liliConduct email/name capture, where permitted by law/liliMaintain accuracy when operating POS/liliMaintain cash wrap organization and cleanliness/liliSuggest multiple add-ons and sell gift cards/liliMaintain cash and POS media accurately and in compliance with Coach policy/liliCreate lasting impression by genuinely thanking customer and provide reason to return/liliRepresent Coach brand appropriately/li/ulpstrongSTOCKROOM / WAREHOUSE:/strong/pulliReceive shipment and transfers/liliNotify Store Management when new product arrives/liliScan cartons/transfers, verifying store information is correct/liliCommunicate all discrepancies to Store Management/liliProcess shipment/transfers according to Coach standards and timeframes/liliOrganize and clean stock room daily; to include offsite / remote warehouse as applicable/liliShift/organize product in the stockroom; react to sell through and make room for new product/liliManage stock levels/product ownership in back-of-house and sales floor/liliPrepare and conduct regular cycle counts, as directed/liliParticipate in store physical inventory counts, as scheduled/liliMaintain Company Loss Prevention standards/li/ulpstrongSALES FLOOR:/strong/pulliRegularly analyze sales floor to assess replenishment needs/liliReplenish sales floor/assigned zone/liliReact to sell through and execute visual merchandising needs./liliSupport sales floor activities, as directed/liliEffectively communicate information pertaining to price points, features/benefits, color and stock availability to multiple customers/liliRespond to customer requests confidently; partner with sales team or Store Management, when needed/liliUpkeep housekeeping standards/li/ulpCompetencies required:/pullistrongDrive For Results:/strong Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully. Possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace./ppstrongEducation:/strong High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred./ppstrongTechnical:/strong Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet), utilize walkie talkie, understand and read price and product release sheets./ppstrongPhysical:/strong Ability to execute at a fast pace. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team. Ability to maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room; climbing, bending, and kneeling are required. Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds to process product shipment/transfers./ppstrongSchedule:/strong Ability to meet Coach Scheduling
