Your primary responsibility will be to qualify and assess incoming leads, ensuring that only the most qualified prospects are passed on to our expert sales team. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to quickly understand and articulate the unique value propositions of our products/services. Key Responsibilities: Manage leads through various communication channels (phone, email, chat). Conduct initial assessments to qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria. Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and challenges. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our high-ticket products/services. Schedule qualified leads for in-depth consultations with our experienced sales professionals. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification criteria.
