Cashier Position at Levy
Performs cashiering duties, including making credit transactions and serving alcoholic beverages. May also perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in the preparation, service and dining room facilities. Essential duties and responsibilities include: Performing customer service functions by answering guest questions. Performing sales transactions in a timely fashion. Entering all sales into the POS system to ensure purchases are accurately recorded. Accepting declining balance cards and other acceptable forms of payment; issuing receipts to customers. Following standard procedures for issuing refunds. Interacting with customers and resolving customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Observing customer purchases in the cafe line and differentiating between standard portions. Replenishing coffee, other beverages, snacks and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas. Ensuring compliance with company service standards and inventory. Ensuring compliance with all sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements. Helping with certain food prep tasks such as dressing a food item based on customer specifications. Performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications include: Ability to lift 50lbs. Ability to bend, sit, stand or walk for extended periods. Apply to Levy today!
