This minimally invasive procedure removes unwanted fat, tightens skin, and can transfer fat to enhance other areas, sculpting targeted areas of the body with precise results and minimal downtime. More than 75,000 cases have been performed in AirSculpts 30+ premium locations throughout the United States and Canada./ppAs an Aesthetic Sales Consultant at AirSculpt, you will:/pulliMeet or exceed monthly sales goals and achieve required metrics for patient satisfaction./liliUtilize consultative selling techniques to connect with clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable medical aesthetic services./liliCollaborate with our medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the patients journey./liliHandle other tasks as assigned by management./li/ulpRequirements:/pulli5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or high-end luxury services/liliStrong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with clients on a personal level/liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude/liliExperience using a CRM tool/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite/liliAbility to work weekends as required by business needs/liliBilingual (English/Spanish) required/li/ulpPreferred but not required:/pulliSalesforce experience/li/ulpPhysical Demands:/pulliMust be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours)/liliPush/pull/lift up to 25 pounds/li/ulpBenefits:/pulliInsurance: Competitive choices for health, dental and vision coverage; 1x base salary in life insurance, plus Short-Term and Long-Term Disability/liliRetirement Plan: 401(k)
