Parts Driver
We are looking for a Parts Driver! Join our team at Payne Chevrolet Buick GMC and be responsible for timely and efficient delivery of automotive parts to customers and various departments within the dealership. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, being 21 years or older, a valid driver's license with a minimum of 3 consecutive years of driving experience, a clean driving record, the ability to lift heavy objects and operate a delivery van, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and excellent communication and customer service abilities. Responsibilities involve safely delivering automotive parts to customers and dealership departments, loading and unloading parts from the delivery van, verifying parts for accuracy prior to delivery, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle, and assisting with inventory management and parts stocking as required. Additional requirements include preferred previous experience in a similar role, knowledge of automotive parts considered a plus, the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, and flexibility to work within dealership hours.
