Away From Home / Food service, also known as on premise selling, will service existing accounts and use superior cold-calling selling skills to generate new business in the Recreation & Retail segments within the designated route. Win New Local Recreation and Retail Business within designated territory and grow Pepsi share Build Tier and lead lists to expand partnerships Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution including contract renewals Leverage technology to plan and support selling efforts Maximize volume and revenue in assigned accounts (base customers and new partnerships) utilizing fact-based selling methods Execution of Contract/Customer Development Agreements including Trade Payment Management and contract compliance Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance Work closely with the PBNA location's selling operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction Optimize beverages per PBNA guidelines Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can -revenue growth This job works under moderate supervision to accomplish key tasks for the Away from Home Sales area, following best practices and techniques in order to meet organizational standards of excellence. Interacts with non-retail customers to promote products while following established sales guidelines. Implements sales plans to achieve targets in the away-from-home sector and evaluates their success. Builds and maintains relationships with key clients, such as restaurants and healthcare facilities, while gathering feedback to enhance service quality Monitors market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities, sharing relevant insights with the team Assists team members in routine tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality, and takes the initiative to propose process improvements Coordinates small projects related to innovative business initiatives that enhance market presence and contribute to overall growth Applies deep understanding of area processes to employ area best practices and methods that align with the overall functional and business strategy, supporting team members on solutions, execution and delivery Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $ 54,500 - $ 85,000. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out quarterly. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Minimum 1 year of fact-based selling experience Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience preferred Intermediate/Advanced Excel & Power point skills Must possess a valid driver's license.
