In this role, you will work under the direction of the store managers. This position requires a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, creativity & energy. We offer extensive training, ensuring you have all the tools to succeed! What You'll Do: Window repair, replacing screen & glass. Help customers at the service counter with general knowledge of nuts & bolts. Cut keys, glass, pipe and other hardware items. What We Offer: 401K with matching contributions (must be over 21 and work over 1,000 hrs. per year). Employee discount. Expectations: Be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours). Ability to lift 10 to 20 lbs. as needed. Current work schedule: 20 hours per week, including 1 night and 1 weekend day.
