Regency Oaks is recruiting for a Sales Counselor to join our team! General Summary: The Sales Counselor is responsible for sales and closing activity that meets or exceeds expectations by understanding prospect needs and representing the community during the sales process from inquiry to move in. The Sales Counselor ensures that all prospect inquiries are followed up in designated timeframes and communicates effectively with key influencers impacting the buying decision. This position requires effective prospecting including phone outs, home visits and emails and the sales counselor always maintains professionalism. Qualifications: Experience in all Microsoft Office Applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Solid presentation skills (small and large group) Strong closing skills Additional: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Minimum 1+ year of sales experience (Senior Living setting preferred) Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $55K Base plus healthy Commission and Bonus.
