The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable backend applications, implementing automated testing frameworks, and managing cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Python-based backend services and APIs.
- Write efficient unit and integration tests using Pytest.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
- Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product to deliver high-quality software.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in CI/CD pipelines and version control.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- 10+ years of professional experience in Python development.
- Hands-on experience with Pytest for writing test cases and automation.
- Strong knowledge and experience with AWS cloud services.
- Solid understanding and practical experience using Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker (Kubernetes is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- AWS Certification (Developer Associate or Solutions Architect).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, or ELK stack.
