Manage and grow business social media accounts for multiple entities across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok + emerging platforms.
Capture and create content in coordination with the marketing calendar, social media trends, and seasonal opportunities.
Develop platform-specific strategies aligned with brand goals, traveler personas + seasonal booking windows.
Prepare monthly reports and presentations on social media initiatives and results.
Manage social media calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting cadence.
Oversee community management including engaging with comments and posts from relevant accounts.
Find and coordinate opportunities for content creator partnerships.
Source + repurpose user-generated content (UGC) to amplify authentic guest storytelling.
Monitor social trends, sounds + hashtags, adapting content to stay current and relevant.
Provide live coverage for on-site events, seasonal activities, and guest experiences.
Computer savvy including experience with Microsoft Office or comparable software.
Excellent written communication skills.
Graphic design experience preferred (InDesign, Illustrator, Canva etc)
Photo and video editing experience preferred (Photoshop, Premier Pro, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Knowledge of current social media marketing trends and best practices.
Experience managing social media channels for business.
