- Expertise in connecting Commerce, CMS, CDP, and Marketing platforms using APIs, ETL, and event-driven architectures.
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation, identity resolution, and activation flows across tools like Adobe, Salesforce, or Segment.
- Proficiency with Azure, AWS, or GCP for data orchestration, AI model deployment, and analytics pipelines.
- Familiarity with predictive modeling, recommendation systems, and NLP applications for personalization and insights.
- Strong grasp of data quality, privacy (GDPR, CCPA), and ethical AI frameworks within marketing and commerce contexts. o Soft skills Communication: Excels at both written and verbal communication to present ideas clearly, write compelling copy, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
