divh2Resource Management Analyst/h2pARServices is seeking a Resource Management (RM) Analyst to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Research Development Directorate (RD) Counter WMD Technologies Department. In this position, the candidate will provide Advisory and Assistance Services (AAS) RM support across the RD organization. The Strategy and Plans Analyst will support the development, compilation and articulation of Department level strategy for support of the mission. These strategies will be closely coordinated with annual Spend Plans, Budget Estimate Submissions, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) documentation and financial strategies. These strategies will be informed by National, Departmental and Agency guidance as well as mission Needs analysis. This position will provide Strategy and planning advisory and assistance support to the Director and Front Office staff, interface with the constituent Divisions and the RD Directorate on strategy and plans development./ppThis is a full-time position based in Reston, VA with 5% travel expected.
