If interested and meet ALL the required qualifications and active clearance level, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding and impactful opportunity./ppResponsibilities:/pulliPerform analysis of the full spectrum of US Government and commercial GEOINT assets and maintain expertise in all associated tradecraft, including Synthetic Aperture RADAR (SAR), Electro-Optical (EO), Moving Target Indicator (MTI), Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR), Geospatial Information and Services (GIS), Wide Area Persistent Surveillance (WAPS), geospatial data processing, analysis and modeling, and general intelligence analysis./liliMaintain proficiency with all tools and databases necessary to access supporting intelligence information required for the execution of GEOINT support to the customer./liliUse geographic information systems, methods, and tools to answer critical intelligence questions./liliPerform specialized scientific and technical data processing techniques utilizing non-standard and developmental software suites, to include SAP, CAP, and CNWDI level programs; stage for exploitation; and provide requisite training as required by the Government./liliAdhere to all GEOINT related technical publications, policies, and directives at the National, Theater, and local level./liliResponsible for capturing analytical findings in textual, graphic, vector, or other formats as directed by national and local policy and will ensure that GEOINT reporting adheres to national, theater, and local policies which govern content, accuracy, formatting, classification, and timeliness./liliRemain abreast of geo-political events, topics, atmospherics, and current events as they relate to supported Combatant Commands and respective theaters, to provide informed, insightful, and timely answers to customer intelligence requirements./li/ulpRequired qualifications/skills: Education/Experience:/pulliMA or MS in a technical field such as Geomatics, Geospatial Sciences, or related degree AND 10 years of relevant experience; OR BA/BS degree in a technical field such as Geomatics, Geospatial Sciences, or related degree AND 15 years of relevant experience./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliCollege degree must be in Geospatial Information Services (GIS), Geomatics, Geospatial Sciences, or related field./liliRelevant experience must be in geospatial analysis and/or geospatial information systems./liliCurrent/active TS/SCI security clearance with Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI)./liliExpert knowledge of industry standard location analysis desktop and server applications such as Esri ArcGIS Platform, QGIS, MapBox, GeoServer, etc./liliExperience using and managing spatial relational databases including Oracle, MSSQL, or PostGreSQL/PostGIS./liliExtensive experience with geographically-derived assessments, enterprise data integration, spatial data governance, metadata management and interpretation of business and performance metrics./liliExpert ability to present geospatial information via multimedia presentations and written reports./liliDemonstrated experience using geospatial Python, R, SAS, Java or other coding languages to deliver custom geoprocessing and analytical workflows./liliExperience in coordination and collaboration with industry counterparts on technical projects, software and service assessment, and other related subject material./liliCurrent/active TS/SCI clearance/li/ulpDesired Qualifications/Skills:/pulliExperience with Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD geospatial data and repositories./liliExperience working within common project management frameworks./liliDemonstrated knowledge and experience in cartography, GIS, spatial modeling./liliDemonstrated experience using Python, R, SAS, Java or other coding languages to deliver custom solutions./liliFamiliarity with Army, DoD, or IC geospatial processes, policy, and programs./liliPrivate sector (e.g., GISP, Esri Professional, etc.) or government (e.g., GPC series) professional GIS certification./liliKnowledge of Microsoft office tools and graphic design principles./li/ulpCome on board with a company that Values its Employees!
